What The Cipher is — and what it is not.

These terms govern your use of The Cipher and CIPHERSPACE, operated by Informational Pattern Design (“IPD”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read the boundary carefully — it defines what this service is.
The service
The Cipher reads the dominant pattern moving in your informational field and returns it, read clean. The CIPHERSHOT is a single free reading; the CIPHER is a fuller reading. Your readings live in your private CIPHERSPACE.
The boundary — not medical, not therapy, not advice
A reading is observation, not intervention. It is not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We do not treat, cure, or diagnose anything.
A pattern is not a verdict. Nothing here should be used to make health, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions. If you are in distress or need help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
Eligibility
The service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use The Cipher.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
Use the service for yourself and lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse it, and do not use it to harm others.
Payments
Paid readings are priced as shown at the point of purchase. Where a reading is offered as a pre-order or waitlist, that is made clear before you commit. Applicable taxes may apply.
Intellectual property
The Cipher, the Codex, the patterns, the writing, and the brand are owned by Informational Pattern Design and protected by law. Your personal reading is yours; the abstract, faceless pattern that reaches the public Codex remains part of the Codex.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If we change them, we will update the date above; continued use means you accept the change.
